The Gist of Things
It's hard to explain everything that has happened these last 11 weeks. But I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the many, many people who have walked this journey with me and want to hear about this adventure God's walked through with me. So! I've decided to write down what's going on for two reasons. 1) I want to create one place where questions can be answered, updates can be received, and people can stay up-to-date. 2) God has worked so powerfully in so many ways, and I want to share and remember those ways! Here's my attempt at a summary of my journey so far: In mid December, I felt what I chalked up to be chest pain due to panic attacks and dizziness due to a minor head cold. As these symptoms made functioning increasingly difficult, I had my first doctor appointment in this journey and received a diagnosis of pleurisy, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, and the advice that things should start to feel better within a few weeks.
